Three ways to protect your data, one account

Most businesses don't need one giant storage plan. They need the right kind of storage for each kind of data, and a plan for the day something goes wrong.

01 · Short-term storage

For the files your team touches today, not the ones you filed away last year

Active storage keeps current projects, working backups, and day-to-day files instantly available. It's priced for volume that changes often, not for parking data you won't touch again.

Built for

  • Live client and project files
  • Recent nightly or weekly backups
  • Anything you might need to restore this week

What's included

  • Instant access, no retrieval wait
  • Version history for accidental overwrites
  • Works with your existing backup software

Typical retrieval

Instant. Files open the moment you need them, no waiting on a restore job.

02 · Long-term archiving

Records you're required to keep, priced so keeping them doesn't hurt

Financial records, closed client files, old project archives: data you're obligated to retain but rarely, if ever, open. Archive storage is built to hold it for years without the bill quietly climbing.

Built for

  • Financial and tax records
  • Closed client or project files
  • Compliance-driven retention

What's included

  • Retention Lock, an optional immutability hold
  • A fraction of active-storage pricing per TB
  • Full history and access logs on request

Typical retrieval

Minutes to a few hours, depending on request size. Fine for records you rarely need in a hurry.

Retention Lock Once a retention period is set on an archived record, it can't be shortened or deleted by anyone, including Vouchio, before it expires. Useful for records you're legally required to retain and want protected from accidental or malicious deletion.
03 · Disaster recovery

A plan you've actually tested beats a backup you've only hoped works

Fires, ransomware, a failed drive, a mistaken deletion: disaster recovery isn't really about storage, it's about how fast and how completely you can get back to work. Vouchio builds and tests that plan with you, rather than leaving you to find out during an actual emergency.

Recovery Point Objective

How much recent work you could lose in a worst case. Continuous replication keeps your RPO measured in hours, not days.

Recovery Time Objective

How long you'd actually be down. Because we test restores in advance, your RTO is a number you can plan around, not a guess.

Ransomware rollback

Version history means you can roll back to the last clean copy before an attack encrypted your files, without paying anyone a ransom.

What a recovery drill actually looks like On a schedule you agree to, we restore a real slice of your data into a scratch environment and confirm it's intact and usable, not just present. You get a short report; if something's off, we fix it before it matters.
